If you want to make sense of the chaos and figure out whether to stay or walk away - you’re in the right place. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t even need the words - just the willingness to show up.

Cost & Duration

 

Initial session: £75 for 1 hour

This is a chance to ask questions & get a feel for how I work, then we decide if we’re a good fit.

Ongoing sessions: £150 for 1 hour

Availability

My sessions are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at either 11am, 1pm & 3pm 

I offer 10% discount when you pay for your month’s sessions in advance
